The jacket split after 5 minutes wear. I then didn’t get a full refund. I didn’t get my return postage refunded. Disgusted really

I am sorry you had to write a review like this. You are clearly very unhappy. You purchased the jacket on 22nd June and we were advise there was a problem on 31st July. Unfortunately this jacket was a seasonal product and we only get limited numbers each year in the plus sizes. Therefore we offered a full refund. We offered to collect the jacket, but we couldn't allow you to leave the parcel out for collection, which is why you opted to arrange to return it yourself. We received the jacket back on 23rd September and gave a full refund (Paypal does not allow you to credit above the original purchase price)

I then respond to your business and was promised a refund if all of the original purchase price and the return postage upon me sending my photos of postage receipts which I did. Arguing with me is very unlikely to improve my opinion if your company to be fair.
