Hi, thank you for your review and apologies we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. All ESAB machines are delivered in to us with an EU 2 pin plug and ESAB have advised the relevant plug can be fitted by the customer and it doesn't affect warranty at all. We do normally have this information on all ESAB machines where relevant but I can see on the handy plasma it isn't there so I will get added right away to avoid this confusion moving forward.
