Thanks very much for your response, it’s really appreciated.  Having discussed this with you, I’m happy to say that we have made changes to our processes when consultants are away on holiday, as we realise this duplicated some dialogue.  We pride ourselves in offering a high level of service, and this sometimes does involve more frequent or lengthy conversations to ensure that your needs and the client’s needs are met.  I’m happy that finally we placed you successfully in a position which matches both yours and our client’s needs.  We look forward to working with you in future with more a more customized approach.
