I purchased a Haverland RC wave radiator, and think that it looks great! I was a little disappointed with the fact that it did not come with free standing feet, and so I rated the service poor as I felt that it was not made clear on the website. I have since had a call to understand my feelings better and I have to say that I have never had such genuine concern to put a matter right from a company they said they will make the page more clear and went above and beyond to help and advise and put things right. I would have no hesitation is rating the service very highly and the product looks just great. nice and toasty too so an all round good experience. Thank you Electric radiators Direct
