Thanks for your feedback. It’s much appreciated, and we can only improve by receiving this. All prices on our site are inclusive of course materials and certification fees but exclusive of VAT. The website does show “ex VAT” at the top of each course listing, on the summary before completing the booking form and at the end of the booking process prior to payment.
