I paid for next day delivery and did not receive my product the next day. I did receive a text stating when it would arrive, however my 2 emails to the sales team requesting a refund on the next day...

Many thanks for the feedback. I have investigated this for you and can see that it was sent out on a next day service but it looks like the courier has mis-routed the parcel unfortunately. We apologise for the delay in getting this item to you.
