Very happy with product. Good quality and looks good. Would be nice to have more info re progress of order and very annoyed with courier service. Parcel left in neighbours garden!!!!

Had to return to shop. Many flaws in curtains, also black marks all over. The lining also had bad marks. Very disappointed, such poor quality.

I am sorry that your were dissatisfied with the curtains you received. The curtain in question is one of our best selling lines and we receive very little negative feedback so I can only assume that some damage has come to the curtains during manufacturing as can happen from time to time. I have passed your concerns to the quality assurance manager but can assure you this is not representative of our business as you can see from our product review rating. I am glad you were able to return the curtains for a full refund and hope you will try our product again in the future.
