Hi there! We hate to hear that anyone has had a less-than-amazing experience. As for the timing, our course is set so that students can complete a certain amount of hours per day; we know the timers can be frustrating, but unfortunately, the state does require all providers to ensure students don’t fly through the course too quickly.
