Good morning Mrs Haddock, Thank you for taking time out to answer the short Feefo questionnaire. We are very pleased you liked your doors but we are sorry you are unsatisfied with the way we handled your mis-ordering of yor first set. Having been internet retailing over 18 years - yours and one other gentlemen's doors are the only doors ordered with wrong sizes because of an assumption it was an individual door size. On each product on our website it states its the opening width per set you are ordering. The written order confirmation has the sizes on as well and our other gentlemen did notice this and we amended his order pre manufacture. All our products are made to measure so your other the doors weren't re - salable to others by us. You and ourselves did agree the only solution was for you to reorder. I hope your daughter was able to use your first set of doors as you were planning when we last spoke. Kindest regards Janet

Good morning Mrs H, Thank you for taking time to answer the Feefo questionnaire - all the information from our customers is very helpful in helping us review our products and services. We are sorry you didn't feel any of the panel samples you sent for were of use in your situation. Do feel you can call us to discuss any others which may be of more use to you. I was interested to read your comments about the oak mfc sample and will pass your comments back to the sales agent for Egger who are world leaders in MFC laminated boards. I must admit this is the first time ever we have received a negative comment about it but its your valid opinion so thank you. There are about 10 different oak finishes Egger provide but we chose just one to help keep costs down. Others are available should you wish to pursue but they would cost a lot more as would be obtained for your one order. Do let us know if we can help further. Kindest regards Janet
