The main reason why we deliver our products ourselves is due to our ''very careful'' attitude towards our glass products, and at least then we have some control over delivery timescales and the handling of our products right up to bringing them inside your property! Good morning Mr Wallace Thank you for taking the time to answer the feefo questionnaire, we do appreciate your comments. The only reason we send the tracks slightly longer is because not everyones opening is 100% square. We used to send exact sizes but then we had some complaints that there were gaps at the end of the tracks. We will take your comments on board tho and maybe in the future we ask customers a slightly different question when we make the courtesy call!
