Thank you for your comments about your holiday, we do understand that cleanliness is very important. We are very sorry to hear that things were not as they should have been when you arrived. All these issues will be addressed, although none were apparent during our routine review of the cottage.

We had a lovely few days so it didn't marr our holiday.

Beds lovely and comfy but sofas very uncomfortable. Otherwise lovely cottage and very clean.

Thank you for making us aware of the problem that you had regarding payment. This has been investigated and it appears that there were connectivity difficulties with SAGEPAY. This has been resolved so that secure payments on line through SAGEPAY are possible for all payments.
