I'm sorry you were unhappy with the price - I've looked into this for you and I understand that Thomas Cook don't have accommodation in your chosen resort - next time we'd be happy to look for a hotel offered by Thomas Cook for you. I hope that you and your family had a fantastic break nonetheless!
