Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for you being disappointed in the service. Your order was received after 7pm on Saturday night when the florists were closed. They did not open until 9am on Monday morning and due to the product you requested which was a cake the earliest delivery would be 17th June. We double checked with you to see if we should go ahead or if we should cancel and refund and you asked us to deliver which we have arranged. All cakes are freshly made and do need 24 hours notice to make one. I understand you ordered on Saturday but due to the time im afraid it was too late to arrange for Monday. we have checked on the system and spoken to Hennie at the florist. We wish to assure you the product ordered was a mixed bouquet to include sunflowers. We are sorry if you thought the item ordered was a bouquet of sunflowers, but it indeed you did order a mixed bouquet. We hope the flowers were enjoyed, we know they were fresh and delivered on time.
