We were due to have a mirror delivered, however the last one they had was damaged, so they got in touch promptly and let me know of the delay. The item arrived when I was told.

They were nice enough on the phone. They said that the mirror I wanted was in stock but later discovered it was not. So the delivery was postponed. To 'soften' the blow I was given 10 per cent off...
