We chose them over John Lewis as their public liability cover only covers damage etc done by the bride and groom!!!! Just not viable. So we found Debenhams. Service on the phone was excellent

Really easy to get, quick, clear what is covered and simple.
Not planning to claim on it so can't review that piece, but simple to buy initially!
Very expensive, web site was completely broken, unable to pay using American Express.
