Had problems setting up policy, took three emails from me to find out what the problem was. I then tried to cancel and was reffered from a telephone agent to email. Email took three days to elicit...

Was simple to do once issue with payment acceptance had been sorted. Only annoying thing was I had completed on line then hit glitched and when phoned I had to go through every single question again...
