If there had been any confusion or if you’d reached out to us beforehand, we would have done everything we could to help and resolve it right away, especially with such a meaningful gift. Unfortunately, our poor King’s Guard Duckling has had to take the hit with a low rating, despite doing his best to look smart and stand tall!
