I'm sorry to hear that the pull through is not what you were expecting. The microfibre material of the cloth is designed to be very absorbent and light weight but should touch the sides of the instrument as it is pulled through. We do recommend taking the instrument apart before it is pulled through, as it is just as important to dry the socket and tenon to prevent cracking. Many thanks for your recent order. I'm sorry you've not received your package just yet. The order was received by us at 18.27pm (GMT) on 28/01/15 - it was picked, packed and despatched by 13.30pm on 29/01/15 and the order is now with the US postal service. As we are based in the UK and your delivery address is the US I think that for a small package we must at least allow a few days for it to arrive. On average deliveries via postal service to the US can take between 4-10 days in our experience. Please do get in touch if you've not seen the package by 10/02/15 and we will resolve accordingly.
