Thanks for your recent feedback. We're happy you're pleased with our service but obviously unhappy that you didn't get on with the product. All items are refundable within 14 days if you wish to send it back so please feel free to do so and we can refund you ASAP. We do sell quite a few of these sax mirrors and get very little issues with them, if you wanted to speak to one of our sax players about it we're more than happy to help, or offer the refund as I've mentioned above. Many thanks for your recent feedback and ongoing custom. It's very difficult with reeds as of course they are sold in sealed containers so it's not something we can check as we send out. If we have customers who regularly buy one brand etc and who suffer a dip in quality we are happy to present these comments to the manufacturers who are often good at responding and offering solutions. Also, we have a staff of musicians on hand who are more than happy to help offer alternatives, of course reed selection can be personal but our experienced staff can point you in the direction of perhaps better alternatives.
