Quality checks would be just as good if there was no quality assurance that’s how bad it was. Worst music retailer in the UK I’ve encountered. Dishonest and I’ve lost all trust in this company.

Thank you for your continued patience, we always strive to provide our customers with the best possible service experience and the best possible instrument and fully acknowledge that we have fallen short in this instance. Please rest assured that we will be passing your feedback to Fedex in a hope that the substantial delay you encountered does not occur for future orders and we are working to increase the stringency of our technical and QC checking so that instruments arrive at their final destination in the best possible condition, both from a technical playing point of view and a visual aesthetic point of view.
