Thanks for your recent order and feedback. We do appreciate many players want a set of 3 but we also deal with Repairers and Shops who have specifically asked us to sell by the individual spring, this can be for single orders, or more usually when they buy higher quantities, 50-100 etc at a time. By selling in the individual we can offer everyone whatever variation they want. We try to make it clear that it's one spring by just having one spring pictured and stating in the description they are sold individually. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused. many thanks for your order. The vat is always paid at the point of order if you are purchasing online, this would have shown in your checkout basket, we can however refund that for orders from outside the EU.
