The engineer arrive, took one look at the door and said "That's a panel door and I don't work on that type of door". I asked if he could check with the office and get another engineer sent out to me....

I couldn’t get anyone to come out last Friday, Saturday or Sunday, but Dawes Doors came first thing Monday morning. As my car was shut inside the garage, it was a huge relief.
