I am very sorry to hear that the zipper on your Defended Jersey is faulty and I understand that you must be disappointed. I am sincerely sorry to hear of the customs charges accrued on your parcel and of the delay in the goods being processed through these channels. Regrettably we are unable to control the speed at which our parcels pass through customs and I completely understand how frustrating it must be for you.
