Firstly, thank you for giving our shirts a try! While, of course, it's really disappointing to see that you didn't get the fit quite right, it's good to know that the quality and the presentation of the shirt have been rated so highly. We appreciate you sharing that with us. We offer our shirts in several fits, and each one has its own unique look and style. The Slim Fit is our 'regular' fitting shirt, being the middle of the three options typically available (Extra Slim, Slim and Classic). As such, it isn't truly a 'fitted' shirt - that would be the Extra Slim. We appreciate it can be tricky to get that right first time, though, when you aren't familiar with the shirts. That's why our Customer Service Team are always here to help, and we have some great resources on the website to help with sizing and fit.
