I do agree that we should not be sending out items that are the incorrect size. I will ensure that the warehouse are aware and that they should be taking more care in the future. Please accept my sincerest apologies as I realise the disappoinment and inconvenience this can cause. Also I am sorry to hear that you have had problems with our delivery company. It is worthless us aiming to provide a great service if this is not followed through by our courier company. I will make sure that your comments are forwarded to them so that they can be more aware in the future and also improve their service to our customers. I do hope these problems will not deter you from shopping with us in the future. We will take more care so that less inconvenience is caused to you.
