Thank you for your feedback, I am really sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us and that you were not happy with the presentation box you received. This is certainly not up to our usual level of service. I can’t see anywhere where you have contacted us to inform us of the issue or that you weren’t happy with the box you received.
