Kindly note that we have emailed you access to your policy documents immediately after your policy purchase, however, it seems one of the 3 welcome emails has not reached you, though on 01/08/2026, we have sent you an email with the link to download your policy documents. However, we have now resent you the email with access to your policy documents, as well as an email to access your Customer Zone, where you can view and download your policy documents, please check your spam/junk folder too. Alternatively, if you have not done so as of yet, if you download our free CoverForYou TravelMate App, it allows you to access all your travel insurance, gadget insurance and car hire excess insurance policies from CoverForYou in one place. You’ll be able to make a claim, buy a new policy and access your Customer Zone to make changes to an existing policy.
