So... despite promising to call me on Monday in you response to my initial review Paul, unsurprisingly nobody called me. I called Cord back and was told don't worry, it will arrive the following week. The next week came and went - still no cable. In the absence of any of the promised call-backs I called again Wednesday this week to be told that they still don't have the cable and so would upgrade me to a bigger cable and get that sent to me by Friday. I told them this had to be done this week as I was travelling with work to Oman next week. Thursday 4:35pm I missed a call from Cord (I was working) and received a voicemail to say that they had spoken to their warehouse (the same one they acknowledge they have problems with) who had informed that they had miraculously delivered the cord they could not send me because they didn't have it in stock (what the hell? How could I have received an item you didnt have and in less than 24hrs since since I told you I didnt have it) I called back 10 mins later (same day) to be told I had now missed the dispatch date and now it would not be delivered until Monday. I had told them multiple times on Wednesday that I was travelling with work next week and so the delivery had to be this week. The agent I spoke to then said there was a chance that it could arrive on Friday or perhaps Saturday if they expedite it. I asked him to expedite it and call me back first thing Friday with an update. Friday - no call back. I called Cord back to be told that I had missed the cut off date for Friday and that it would be Monday. I said again not good enough and reminded them that i was travelling with work. They agreed to expedite it for next day delivery with DPD and that I should expect a tracking number. I received the tracking number around 3pm followed by an email around 5pm from Cord to say it was due for delivery today - i.e. Friday. I queried this as the tracking number said DPD were still waiting for it. I received a response from Cord to say sorry that was (another) mistake. Saturday morning I check the DPD delivery link and it says due for delivery Monday. Honestly I have no idea what this company is doing or if I am ever going to get the cable!!! They are a nightmare to deal with and so far would not recommend them to anyone.
