I am so sorry to hear about your experience whilst trying to obtain Boat insurance with us. This is not the high standard of customer care and efficiency that we pride ourselves on. A fast and positive experience.

I felt that the operator was apparently quite knowledgeable and talked me through the various stages whilst clarifying any queries I had. He also pointed out my best options for the cover I needed.
