I booked by telephone, after I saw an advertisement in a Sunday paper. I emailed for further information and followed up with phonecalls. Wendy was very helpful, amending plans for us and advising us.

All seemed ok until I phoned with a question about luggage. When the question was answered your agent tried to book but could not. When I tried I could not and ended out and re-entered the site. ...
