Dear Khalid, thank you for your feedback which we take very seriously. Having worked tirelessly to bring your last sale to a successful conclusion despite the apparent reluctance from the vendor to cooperate in the interests of all concerned, we have since put continued efforts into sourcing your next suitable investment opportunity which until recently looked to be accomplished.  It was certainly disheartening given the most recent difficulties following this vendor’s decision to go back against the terms of sale that he had previously agreed to. Unfortunately, situations like these are out of our control and we are sure you can appreciate that it would not be in our interests to put so much effort into negotiating between two parties with no apparent gain. 

We would certainly hope that you would consider giving us the opportunity to continue to source suitable investment properties for you as we feel that we have built a good working relationship as demonstrated by the numerous opportunities we have introduced you to.
