Thank you for your comments, the frame was sent away for repair, but when they removed the chipped area on the frame the paint carried on peeling off, this left the frame in a condition that needed repainting. The frame repairers tried to re-spray the frame but found this couldn't be done, they just didn't know this until it was ready to respray. So sorry about this. I'll follow this up on Monday and find out who was dealing with it. In a case like this we would normally replace the frame so not sure why this hasn't been done, lets get the frame back so we can get the details and replace this for you.

I've refunded for the repair and we'll sort a replacement once we've spoken.

I've spoken with the staff this morning. We ordered a replacement many weeks ago, as soon as the situation presented itself. It's been at our lab ready to swop the lenses over, we have informed you that it's here, but have had no response, so we're a little surprised to get this review actually.
