I can only apologise one pair of shoes took longer for delivery. We was currently waiting on the stock to be replenished before we could dispatch. We do usually inform our customers, please accept our apologies if we failed on this occasion. Thanks

Internet order form stated 7 days standard delivery. I ordered on 6-9-2013 items arrived 17-9-2013.
