Please accept my apologies. With the Buy One Get One Free offers, you just add the two pairs you require, colour/Size etc. The reason the free pair is not automtaically sent, is because you can choose to have a different colour of even size etc. When you add the second pair our website will automtaically recognise the offer and half the price of both pairs, giving the Buy One Get One Free offer price. I can see we have contacted the suppliers to chase up the delay on this shirt. I have arranged for a member of my team to call you on Monday with an update.
