Hi Judy & Jeff Thank you for for taking the time to provide your feedback. Renewals are generally sent six to eight weeks prior to the due date. If payment is not received 14 days prior to the due date the system will automatically send a reminder. For privacy reasons I'll email you directly. Regards Vicki
