Hello Our Free European shipping is estimated to take 2-5 working days but we ask customers to allow up to 15 working days (3 weeks) as different country’s customs can take a bit longer. Please be aware that as this is a free delivery service it is not a fully trackable service. Your package is currently being held by customs and unfortunately how long this customs process takes is out of our control. I am sorry this has happened to you. Absolutely Appalling. My watch stopped working 3 months after purchase. It has a 3 year warranty. They told me that batteries were not covered and that I need to pay a jeweller to change the battery....
