Hi John,
We apologise for the negative experience you received on your renewal this year.
Please be assured that we make every effort to ensure our phone systems are working effectively. On this occasion, due to a technical fault, we had to end the call with the intention of calling you back.
I’m glad to see that Oliver managed to get back in touch with you and your policy was renewed.
We hope this experience does not deter you from using ChoiceQuote in the future.
Kind Regards,
Chris
