The product did not arrive at the correct address. The delivery driver photographed the parcel’s handover, but it was to an unknown person at an unknown address

We're really sorry to hear about your experience. However, we haven't received any contact from you regarding this issue, which is disappointing as we'd always be happy to help where we can. The order was dispatched to the exact address provided at checkout, and once it leaves us, delivery is handled by the courier. Unfortunately, we have no control over what happens after dispatch. Given that no attempt was made to resolve this with us directly, we feel this review is unfair. If you'd like to discuss this further, please do get in touch, and we’ll do our best to assist.
