We have contacted the claims handlers appointed by your policy insurer, and they have informed us that due to the complexity of the claim submitted they needed more time to review it, they have also confirmed that they have now settled the claim, and contacted you accordingly, and you were happy with the claim outcome. Kindly note that CedarTree are insurance intermediaries as stated in our website, and during the quote process online, and immediately after purchase, you had access to view the Policy Wording document, which clearly states that the claims handlers are appointed by the policy insurers, as such, CedarTree has no jurisdiction regarding claims. If something goes wrong, we can escalate the cases to the claims handlers, but we have no input on the claims resolution. We were informed that apart from the medical expenses, you were also claiming for legal expenses, reason your claim review took longer than normal.
