We've reviewed the session recording for your purchase and can see that there was a connectivity issue between your device and our website, when this happened you received a message 'Your session has expired, or the Quote process had to be aborted, click here to return to our quote page', you ignored this message and tried to continue onwards and then saw a message which said 'Warning: You told us that a member of your party had a pre-existing medical condition but have not declared any conditions. If you proceed without declaring conditions we may refuse to deal with, or reduce the amount of any relevant claims, even if a claim is not related to a pre-existing medical condition. Please click Cancel to add your conditions or Confirm to continue with no cover for pre-existing medical conditions.' You then clicked Confirm and continued onwards in the knowledge that you hadn't declared any medical conditions. While we're sorry that you connectivity issue caused you to need to requote, the system was clear that an error had happened and you needed to restart you quote, or add your conditions to proceed. In relation to your refund I can see you requested this on the 12th at 15:26, it was approved on the 13th at 09:30 and reached your card issuer on the 14th. Depending on your bank's processes it can take up to 3 working days to show on your account once it reaches your card issuer. If you don't see it in your account by Monday please contact our customer services team who can providing you the ARN for the refund.
