Polite, courteous, helpful and explained what was required from me and recommended the most cost effective cover options for my roll and turnover. Very Good
You took the fee of £300 without previous reference to me or sending an invoice - I was quite surprised. I amy have wanted to change my cover but was not given this opportunity
