The drivers the supplying dealership use are not representatives of the brand, so they're not trained in the vehicles they deliver. I appreciate that this is frustrating, however this is typical for lease deals as the discounts differ between fleet and retail vehicles, and unfortunately with fleet, you don't get showroom handover experience.
