Hi, We were so thrilled to receive this feedback from you on the website Feefo.com! "Impressions of care.com--At first I checked care.com out on the internet and then I started getting too many calls. I then called them and asked them not to call me so much but to set up a time through Jesson when i was available. No one called at the time they were supposed to. I called them back and finally spoke to someone named Jerome who was very patient and helpful. He sent me an email with numerous contacts in my area i could get in touch with. He also had people contact me through email who were very nice and helpful. So overall there were pluses and minuses dealing worth their system - but I will use them as I look for a potential place to retire." Unfortunately, the content references a different website, Care.com. Feefo won't remove that typo without your permission. Can you reply to their email asking them to remove Care.com from your review, or reply to this email from us that it's ok with you to have Feefo change Care.com to Caring.com?
