We’re sorry to hear about your experience and we completely understand your frustration regarding the missing item and lack of communication. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to amend the items within it. However, we appreciate that you should have been notified as soon as we knew the item was out of stock and a refund had been issued. I can see that this email was sent but due to the quick turn around of orders, this was after the order was delivered so I can very sorry for this! We understand that earlier communication would have allowed you to place a separate order for an alternative item. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication and service.

Thank you so much for your fantastic 5-star review! We’re delighted to hear that you’re happy with our products, prices and speedy delivery. We really appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon!
