Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you found our team to be slower responding than last year. We have checked emails however we could not find any correspondence from 2nd June, perhaps there was a system error. If you wish to forward your request to info@caminoways.com the team will be delighted to help. The Via Francigena is indeed a very different experience to the Camino, mainly because there aren't as many pilgrims walking the route. Signage is still being updated by the Italian authorities. The materials available in English for the Via Francigena are more limited also but we send our clients the best available. As an experience in booking without actually speaking with someone...it was good. At 600 per head for B/B in clean but not luxury accommodation incl baggage transport..in retro seems expensive.
