Thank you for your comments. We always send the passports and luggage tags by post, while the vouchers and remaining information is sent by email to be downloaded. Bearing this in mind, we are unsure why you might have not received your passports by post. In relation to the hotels, we always book the best available hotels on the dates. By booking 6 months in advance there is always a better chance of securing rooms in our first choices. However, at busy periods, the hotels might be already booked well in advance.
