Thank you for your review and for booking with us. Single rooms are limited in most hotels and sell quickly and then no longer show on our website, we would always recommend booking single rooms as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If ever you can't find a single room, our team would be happy to make contact with the hotel and request to be notified of any cancellations - sometimes an extra room can be sourced this way so it's always worth calling us to check. We hope you enjoy your break with us : ) Kind regards, Gem

I thank you for your response. Sometimes I just decide a few weeks before. I know it's best to book as early as possible for a single room. I'm looking forward to my few days away and I'm always happy with the service.

I am booked for another trip in september. I will never return to the new loretta, this hotels windows and ensuits need a good clean , especially shower cubcles and shower heads nead to be removed and cleaned or replaced.
