Spoke Kirsty and she was very helpful with everything

Very impressed with the way my booking was handled. Your agent was very courteous and polite.

I recommend Caledonian to everyone who's looking to get away for 2 to 7 day's. The hotels we have stopped at have been really good, food lovely entertainment ok, just great to get away for a break.

Very easy and helpful

Both Rachel and Megan from Gateshead travel shop are very helpful and support me over five years with selecting holidays and day trips .well done ladies **

We had a problem with getting two single rooms. Spoke to a lovely gent sorry i cant remember his name who said he would contact the hotel in southern ireland to see if they would release another...

Easy. Very good customer service. Friendly helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Very simple to use. Would be useful to see what seating is available before having to go through the whole customer information.
