Sorry for your disappointment at a modelling chocolate recipe not being available. Paul buys his modelling chocolate in ready made so not something that he´s made before, but he is now looking into this and will film a tutorial with a recipe he´s happy with. I find it is an excellent service,although I find sometimes it's very difficult to get on to some of the courses.
