Apologies here as though we advertise free shipping for orders over €80. Google appears to have displayed this item as Free Shipping despite it being less than €80 . We are working with Google on this glitch. We have been in contact so hopefully all sorted to now

Although some items of the assorted pieces needed for the assembly were missing, this would not have been a fault of C H Marine but of the manucturer Plastimo.
